Kew Riverside Park (KRP) is a development of luxury apartments alongside the Thames in West London. Originally built by St George, the development is now managed by a residents management company.

Situated in generous landscaped gardens, the private road of Strand Drive consists of six individual apartment blocks containing approximately 200 apartments of varied sizes and configurations.

The development is served by a 24 hour concierge team, based in a dedicated reception area which forms part of Birchgrove House. There is a discrete private gym and a modest business suite. Most apartments also have dedicated parking spaces.

The residents management company is run by a Board of volunteer Directors. Day to day operations are outsourced to Premier Block Management (PBM), who provide a comprehensive support and maintenance service. The first point of contact is our friendly concierge team who are available 24/7 for the safety and convenience of residents.

The development has an enviable location. Kew has been described as the best of both worlds; the tranquillity of the country with the buzz of the city. The West End is a short tube trip, while the immediate surroundings offer river walks, Kew Gardens and Richmond Park. For many, KRP offers the opportunity to downsize while retaining the benefits of a large private garden (one you don’t have to tend for yourself). It is no surprise that many of our residents have been here since the development was built and have no intention to leave!
