RMG
The KRP Board has contracted RMG London to manage operation of our Development and to advise on the rights and responsibilities of owners, tenants and the Residents Management Company. They prepare the maintenance contracts and invoices, the service charge demands and financial accounts, and are responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations through the Concierge team.

Concierge
Our friendly Concierge team provides 24/7 assistance to residents on day-to-day matters and aim to ensure a safe and secure environment for us. The team undertake a wide variety of duties.. Their full responsibilities can be viewed in the Leaseholder section of this website. They will be happy to answer any questions or to receive any ideas and suggestions. The Concierge team have visibility of all Help Desk requests.
