PBM
The KRP Board has contracted PBM to manage the regular running of our Development and to advise on the rights and responsibilities of owners, tenants and the Residents Management Company. They prepare the maintenance contracts and invoices, the service charge demands and financial accounts, and are responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations through the Concierge team.

Concierge
Our friendly Concierge team provides 24/7 assistance to residents on day-to-day matters and aim to ensure a safe and secure environment for us. The team undertake a wide variety of duties.. Their full responsibilities can be viewed in the Leaseholder section of this website. They will be happy to answer any questions or to receive any ideas and suggestions. The Concierge team have visibility of all Help Desk requests.

KRP Help Desk
Something not working in your block or on the estate? The on-line Help Desk is often the fastest and most efficient way to obtain the support needed and to get things moving. And apart from maintenance issues, you can also use the Help Desk to request parking permits, authorise key collections, and access other services available to residents. If you are not confident with the online process, you can call the Concierge team.
