Leaks and Insurance

If your apartment springs a leak you need to know what to do and what support is available. A new guide has been published entitled Leaks and Insurance, which together with the existing Building Insurance Guide, should answer any questions. Both guides can be found in the Leaseholders section of this website. The section is password protected. The password is available to all residents from the Concierge. Hard copies are also available from the Concierge.
