Kew Village is Sparkling

The Kew community is to be congratulated on the massive response to an appeal to fund this year’s Kew village Christmas lights.

As the annual Kew Sparkle event has been cancelled this year, the Committee has undertaken an intensive campaign and the response has been phenomenal.

Individuals, local traders and businesses, Richmond Council, Kew Society and Kew Rotary have all given so generously.  And many of our Kew schools are joining in the fun by holding Christmas jumper days with donations made towards the fund.

Maids of Honour are displaying a fabulous hamper of goodies worth £200.  Raffle tickets available in the shop for just £1 each.

The lights and Christmas trees will sparkle from Wednesday 2 December - coinciding with the end of Lockdown 2 - illuminating Kew village throughout the festive period.
