Register Your Bike

A large number of bikes have been identified on site which appear to be abandoned and dilapidated. These bikes are taking up valuable space in our storage racks and will soon be removed and unclaimed bikes disposed of. This does not include bikes in the undercrofts or the Amelia House bike shed.

All owners of bikes currently in the storage racks are requested to register their bikes with the Concierge as soon as possible. This can be done in person or by using the specific bike registration form on the KRP Help Desk. The Concierge will record your details, together with a description of your bike and where it is usually parked.

Later this week a locksmith will attend site and remove a number of bikes which are rusted and apparently abandoned. These bikes will be stored until the end of November 2021 and then, if not claimed, will be disposed of.

Going forward, anyone wishing to store a new bike in the racks should register it first with the Concierge who will advise on the best place to store your bike. The bike racks will be periodically audited and any unregistered bikes may be removed.
