If you are a leaseholder or tenant in Kew Riverside Park, please take a minute to familiarise yourself with our revised Estate Regulations. The Board and PBM want to create a relaxed, safe and comfortable place that we are all proud to call home. To this end we are fortunate to have a clearly written and well structured lease, setting out some-common sense responsibilities that we have all agreed to abide by. Given that the lease already covers the bases very well, the Estate regulations have been re-written as supplemental clarifications of the lease and at the same time, streamlined and simplified to make them as easy as possible to comply with.
